“Do you wanna be rich?”
“Dude, do you want to have your own home-based business?”
“Sir/Ma’am, do you have a credit card?”
I can’t count how many times I’ve been told the above sentences one way or another. Friends, extended family members, acquaintances and complete strangers; no one’s exempt. I’ve been bugged over and over again to the point that I’ve now developed a sixth sense to find out if the person approaching me is going to say something to that effect. Kinda like the sixth sense K-9 dogs have whenever they sniff for bombs and other illegal stuff in shopping malls across Metro Manila. Yep, you know what I’m talking about, it’s the infamous Networking.
